2. User Accounts
Account Creation: You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
No Warranty: Content generated by our AI (titles, descriptions, pricing) is provided as suggestions only. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before using it in any marketplace listing or business purpose.
Pricing: AI-suggested pricing is based on algorithmic analysis and should not be considered professional financial advice. Always verify pricing against current market conditions.
4. User Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (photos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content to provide the Service.
Content Restrictions: You may not upload content that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malicious code or viruses
- Is obscene, defamatory, or harmful
Our IP: The Service, including its software, design, and AI models, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our exclusive property.
5. Third-Party Marketplace Integrations
eBay and Other Platforms: When you connect third-party marketplace accounts (such as eBay), you authorize us to access and manage listings on your behalf according to each platform's terms.

6. Fees and Payment
Current Pricing: Flipnow is currently in MVP/beta phase. Pricing and subscription plans may be introduced in the future.
Future Changes: We reserve the right to introduce fees with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after fee introduction constitutes acceptance.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
No Indirect Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently $0 during beta).
No Warranty: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
